Terms of Service

NightPager is a service of Norzavi LLC, a Michigan company ("we"). These terms are between us and the business that signs up ("you"). Last updated October 28, 2026.

What NightPager does

NightPager answers the after-hours calls you miss with an AI receptionist. It takes the caller's details, alerts you by call and text for emergencies, texts you about urgent jobs, and sends routine requests in a morning summary. You control it by text.

It never quotes prices, diagnoses problems, gives repair instructions or promises arrival times. It is not an emergency service. Callers who say anyone is in danger are told to call 911, and callers who report gas or carbon monoxide are told to leave and call 911.

Free trial

• Your first 30 days are free. You add a card on Stripe's secure page when you sign up.
• We remind you before the first charge.
• Cancel any time in the first 30 days and you are never charged.

Billing

• After the trial, your card is charged the price of your plan every month, on the same date, less any savings-bank credit, until you cancel.
• Your price is your plan price. We never add charges for a busy month.
• Each plan includes a number of minutes of AI answering a month. Spam and wrong-number calls do not count. If you use them all, the AI keeps answering with shorter calls (about 90 seconds) until the next month, and emergencies still reach you.
• Savings bank. If you use less than your plan in a month, the unused part is saved for you: 10 cents a minute on Starter, 24 cents on Standard, 22 cents on Busy. Saved money is used first to keep calls full length in a busy month. Every third bill, what you have saved above a $30 reserve (no reserve on Starter) comes off that bill automatically. No bill is ever lower than $15. Saved money has no cash value and is not refunded. If you cancel, it is kept for 90 days in case you come back.
• Payments are processed by Stripe, which acts as the seller of record and adds any sales tax that applies. We never see or store your card number.
• If a payment fails, Stripe tries again and we contact you. If it is still unpaid after 7 days, your line switches to voicemail only until it is paid. Nothing is deleted.
• We will give you at least 30 days' notice by email before any price change.

Cancelling

Cancel any time by emailing [email protected] from the email on your account. Your service keeps running until the end of the month you have paid for, and you are not charged again. We do not refund part of a month.

Do not text CANCEL to cancel your plan. Texting STOP, CANCEL or similar words to NightPager turns off all texts from us, including emergency alerts, but does not cancel billing.

Your part

• Give us accurate details about your business, service area and phone numbers, and tell us when they change.
• Keep your phone on and able to receive calls and texts while NightPager is on. Reply STOP only if you want alerts to stop.
• Calling customers back, quoting and doing the work are up to you.
• Use NightPager only for your own plumbing business and only in lawful ways.

Calls and recordings

Calls are recorded. Every caller hears that the call is recorded and that they are speaking to AI. How we handle caller information is explained in the Privacy & SMS Terms.

Limits

NightPager depends on phone carriers, internet services and AI that can make mistakes. We work to make it reliable, but we cannot promise that every call is answered or every alert arrives. To the extent the law allows, NightPager is provided "as is", we are not liable for lost jobs, lost profits or indirect damages, and our total liability is limited to what you paid us in the 3 months before the claim.

Ending service

We may suspend or end service if you do not pay, break these terms or misuse the service. If we end the service for another reason, we will give you at least 30 days' notice and will not charge you for time after it ends.

Changes and law

If we change these terms, we will email you at least 30 days before the change takes effect. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Michigan.
